PUBLIC CONSULTATION
The BITE project is largely based on participatory mechanism. We want to involve the main stakeholders in the BITE procedure because we want that the BITE project mirrors the state of the European debate on ethical, legal and social aspects of biometric identification technologies. The BITE consultation document will identify a number of challenges that are relevant for Europe policies. This public consultation is part of the broad policy debate on an EU strategy on Biometrics.
